We hired Infinite to add an acoustic treatment to our already great home theater room, and we're very impressed with the results. It isn't just the improvements to the sound of movies, but the esthetics of the treatment are outstanding. It really looks like an intentional theater room now, not simply a room with a projector and screen. Colin, Paul, Andrew, Shawn, and Taylor did an outstanding installation job. We had a small job of mounting a large flat screen TV in our master bedroom. We did all the pre-work by having the cable company connect the TV and buying the mounting hardware. We waited 2 months after calling May Security for a response to our request to have the TV installed. When we called back, they told us they "forgot" to schedule us. Then we got a firm date about two weeks out for the installation. On that day, I called about when they were coming. They said they "forgot" to schedule us during their "Monday meeting" again. Then I asked for a firm date and they hemmed and hawed and said they cannot give me a date because they schedule them during their "Monday meeting". I called on a Monday, excuse me? Since they had other work which was much more important than our work they couldn't give me a date. I feel this is very rude to long time customers. We have an extensive security system and an 8 zone music system music system installed by May Security. I guess after you buy from them you are on your own for maintenance. Contractors in McCall are abusing their customers for a fast buck from builders and contractors who will be gone when the real estate bubble bursts again. I got the message that we were not important to them and politely fired them. I will find a handyman who will probably do the work much cheaper than May Security can do it. We will not be calling them in the future for our alarm system or anything else.
