Infinite Home Theater installed another D-Mark line for our VOIP phone system, added Internet/phone to another room in our home, cleaned up all of our low-voltage wiring throughout our home, and installed a TV (on an articulating mount that they provided). The two technicians performing the work were Paul and Taylor. I give Infinite Home Theater (and Paul and Taylor) my absolute highest possible rating. Their work is of an exceptional level, that I'm not sure I have ever encountered before in all of my years. Their level of precision and attention to detail is unparalleled. I am in love with the work Infinite Home Theater has done for my home! I had speakers installed throughout our house as well as smart switches, TVs and the best Lutron shades. The auto timing of the shades to go up and down according to the sunset time is the best feature ever! I know very sophisticated but its the little things in my life that bring me joy. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to automate their home!

Innotech provided awesome customer service throughout the process of bidding and installing our two theater systems and mounting two additional screens for us in our new home, including one which was mounted on a rock-covered patio fireplace. Their attention to detail; courteous, professional, and thorough service (Sean, Jonathan, & Braden); timeliness; and cleanliness could not have been better. Sean always kept us informed and was very responsive when it came to communication regarding fine tuning our work order and also timing and scheduling for the installation. Sean and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable and attentive while they were installing my projector mount and related hardware. They were able to schedule me within about 2 weeks after I initially contacted them and the quote I received was reasonable and accurate to what I was eventually charged. Sean and Kyle were very diligent about keeping my house clean during their work and were good-natured the entire time. I appreciated them letting me be involved in the install as I was curious about several aspects.
