They were fast to reply got our appointment fast and when the tech came his was professional and friendly. I only trust Ted for this. He’s installed 3 of my TVs now and the last one was a rather difficult one where the TV mount had to get installed on a custom steel fireplace wall plate. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. I called to have 3 TVS mounted for our restaurant and the gentleman on call couldn't even say his name properly. Then he hung up on me. How are these people still in business is beyond me.
