I have been a customer since the late 90s. I have always been impressed with the knowledge and products available. There are so many choices in audio and video products. I count on HTC to narrow down those choices to the best in several price levels. I first learned about professional display calibration from Scott. Owning a calibrated TV has been a real joy that I had been missing out on. My home theater and 2 channel audio systems have benefited greatly from the products I have purchased from Home Theater Concepts. I highly recommend them. I rarely provide an online review so consider this a very strong endorsement.

Home Theater Concepts recently installed two new Sony tv’s and a Control 4 whole house sound system in our home and we are very satisfied with the results. Scott Berger, owner of HTC has considerable knowledge of home entertainment and security systems, and uses the best components in his installations. His lead installer, Georick, is very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. It was a pleasure working with Scott and his crew. We opted for the TV video calibration and were NOT disappointed, color and picture quality is outstanding, colors the way they're supposed to look. Also, the Control4 install was seamless, the many upgrades to our home are enjoyed and utilized daily. The Control4 upgrades by HTC keeps our system up to date. Scott is always available and the ongoing support is comforting. We just purchased a second panel, both affordable and installed same day. Keep up the great work!

We recently hired AV Performance Innovations to install televisions with Sonos sound bars in our new home. We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Nick did an in-home consultation and helped us decide the best system to purchase. His responsiveness was great and he was easy to work with. Chris and Dan delivered the televisions and did the installation. They spent a great deal of time setting up and especially explaining to us exactly how to operate the system. They were extremely patient, thorough and professional and spent a great deal of time with us. The experience was personalized and nothing but positive. I trust AV Performance Innovations repeatedly for all my entertainment and technology needs. They are always very responsive, professional, knowledgable and prompt. They provided all components and installed my outdoor entertainment system with SONOS, TV, pavilion speakers and embedded landscaping speakers around the pool. I purchase all my TVs through them and also have them install them. I was so pleased with their work that I even used them install entertainment systems for my family and refer them to others often.
