As a long sufferer of a subpar audio and video system, I wanted an upgrade focused primarily on our Great Room. Even though I had invested a lot of money around 13 years ago, my old system was hard to understand and the system was fraught with very frequent glitches. However the new system suggested and installed by Longwire works flawlessly. I am very pleased. They spent time talking to me to understand what I needed. Rob and Annie were great and seemed to want to address my issues, not just oversell me high priced “stuff”. Service was very professional and experienced. The crew who did mine were very experienced and the experience was smooth and without any issues. In short, I would highly recommend Longwire. They were fair, honest, helpful and highly skilled.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Longwire, Rob and his team. They were timely, extremely efficient and honest. They installed my Savant music system, tied it in to my Apple Music and spent quality time with me on how to run the system, as well as took my calls or came over to help with the system operations and any questions that I had. They also purchased, at a discount for me, my Samsung Frame televisions and hung them. Rob and his team at Longwire have been an absolutely wonderful company to work with and I would highly recommend them.
Had them install a mantle mount and a center speaker. After they installed it, a portion of the back wall was visible, and couldn't be concealed. I was very disappointed, but they would not refund or give me a discount. They only offered a credit for future purchases. I called them a month later to upgrade my wifi, and gave me a lot of excuses and wouldn't follow through with their word. Brandon Arthur over promised and never delivered. At minimum I think they should have informed me that there would be an eye sore with the installation, thus give me a choice whether or not to proceed.
