I recently contacted Elevated Electronics (formerly Bravas) with a question about a billing issue and was met with an unexpectedly combative attitude from Trent Honey, the General Manager. My experience with this company has been consistently disappointing. The initial setup of my smart-home systems in a new build was poorly executed, requiring multiple service visits to correct ongoing issues. Despite these recurring problems—which I have documented over the years—Trent’s response to my billing concern was dismissive. He advised me to simply send an email and discontinue all services. He also stated that unless I prepaid, they would no longer send technicians to address issues with my security system or other installed equipment. Based on my experience with both the quality of work and the customer service, I would not recommend Elevated Electronics—especially under Trent’s management.
Bravas designed and installed an in-ceiling speaker system in our existing home. From start to finish, working with Michael Pippin and the Bravas team was a great experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to work with Michael again when we are ready to expand the system.
I thought my phone was junk. He had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Fastest service. Best price I found ever super friendly totally recommend this place.
