I contacted this company while living in Florida for a house I was building in their service area. The didn't mind all of the calls, emails, and questions I had during the planning. The worked well with the builder, got everything done and installed without issue. Even when issues arise as things do with technology, they are always prompt and quick to resolve remotely at no additional cost. They also provided guidance and recommendations that outside of the A/V stuff (in home network and internet) that has proven hugely beneficial given the move to working from home The entire team is professional and would recommend them to anyone looking to do custom sound, networking, security, or custom smart phone integration in their home.
I contacted Masterpiece to install a MantleMount TV wall mount in my living room. Adam Perkins, the owner, came out personally to do a feasibility check of where I wanted to place the mount and discuss options/pricing. He was able to get me on the schedule in just over a week from that initial meeting. His team came out and were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very pleased with the install and would highly recommend this company.
Masterpiece Audio was able to not only mount our TV but work us in very quickly when several other places had said it would be days of waiting. The staff arrived on time for the appointment set and were very professional and prompt in their work. Overall I was very pleased with my experience from the knowledgeable staff I spoke with on the phone to clean installation of our 65" tv and wall socket installed.
