Wow, they did such a great job! Absolutely would recommend! More details below My wife and I just bought our first house and were looking to get everything put in as we completed our move-in process. The job included multiple mounted TVs, a surround sound system, and a projector placed in various spots around the house. As a self-proclaimed tech-nerd, I was in nervous anticipation, and had every intention on being there to support. Technicians Alex and Marcellous showed up ready for the job and on time! They were happy to work with me, and although they knew everything they needed to know going in, were fluid collaborating with me to make my dream setup come true. Thank you so much, I really could’ve have imagined this project going off better. Can’t wait to show it off to all of my family and friends. 5 STARS!

Jacob and Keston did a fantastic job with our installation. They were professional, courteous, and careful. We are extremely grateful for the time that they put into the job. I truly can't say enough good things about Innovative Home Media. The owner, Prather Warren, was a dream to work with. We received several quotes from different companies and IHM (Prather Warren) was the only company to sit down with us and thoroughly explain the ins and outs of what they were going to do.They were very professional, accommodating and took pride in their work. The installers pay attention to every detail and the end result is beautiful! They also gave us a great price on the media that we purchased. I called Innovative Home Media and told them that I needed an upgrade to my surround sound system. I like to listen to 70's & 80's music videos and my current system was somewhat wimpy. Prather listened to my needs, discussed budget and designed, installed and calibrated a new system for me. To say that my new system met my expectations is an understatement. When I crank the system up, I feel like I'm at a live concert! Innovative Home Media was very professional and courteous to work with. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them!

My surround sound system was acting up. After a 10 minute troubleshooting session he was able to isolate the problem and found a solution. Been using Dave for several years and is always prompt, professional and does fantastic work.10/10
