SCS Home Entertainment great! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure our little home theater setup was perfect. They installed our 65" TV in the living room seamlessly, and when they went to install the 85" TV in our theater, they immediately noticed it was cracked. Without hesitation, they boxed it back up for us and made it easy to return. Once our replacement arrived, they returned promptly and set everything up flawlessly, including our sound system. They even took the time to clean up all the packing materials, leaving everything spotless. Their attention to detail, and customer service are truly outstanding. We will definitely be using SCS Home Entertainment again.
After 4 years of highly dependable performance of my home theater/internet system (installed by SCS Entertainment), I completely lost my internet connection recently. I contacted Mark at SCS in Springfield (one hour north of my home) at 9 am. He immediately arranged for a great tech (Zak) to come to my home, arriving at 12:30 pm. What fantastic service. Zak quickly had me back up and running and while here also updated my Control4 software, reprogrammed a remote for me, and made other productive tweaks to my home system. I highly recommend SCS Entertainment for their expertise in home theater systems and their service commitment to their clients.
I recommend SCS Home Entertainment to anyone who wants the best for the Home Theater experience. It’s starts with Mark one of Service Advisors at the SCS Home Entertainment office. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and the customer service experience was excellent! Mark provided great advice for our request to purchase a new upgraded TV, and helped us understand how our existing equipment would work with new equipment with SCS Home Entertainment. I would also like to give a shout out to Andrew and Coley. They were to guys who set up our Roku and all of our equipment new/old. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable as well!! Thanks everyone at SCS Home Entertainment!! I will always recommend to anyone who needs your services and you have gained a Loyal Customer!!
