We recently had Creative Audio Video mount a new large screen TV. The job involved moving 2 existing TV's to different locations and one was a completely new installation. All were wall mounts. Although I was very worried about everything working out, I couldn't have been more pleased. The 2 installers, Jon and Russ, were punctual, tidy, polite, and efficient. They got right to work and finished the whole job sooner that anticipated. They both were quite helpful and patient with the questions we had about the equipment. They did a great job explaining everything to us, and everything worked perfectly when they left, and it still does. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again for a future job, perhaps updating our wifi. I have had a couple of questions since regarding updates and minor issues. They were answered quite promptly and completely.
