We had an emergency in which our main circuit board on the furnace blew out and caused a little fire. Donnie came first thing the following morning and told us they could fix it and without pushing it, also quoted a very good price on a new 97% efficiency furnace. We opted for replacing it since the current one was old. He was very pleasant to work with. Good communication, quick responses, professional and friendly are some of this company's qualities! The installers came the very next day and were friendly, informative and thorough. Installation was top notch! We are so pleased with having chosen HomePro that we'll be using them for all our future HVAC needs! They even serviced our humidifier which had been giving us problems for a while. Donnie even stopped by again on installation day and gave us a beautiful thank you gift bag filled with thoughtful items. We highly recommend HomePro! We just wish we had known about them sooner!!

I would highly recommend HomePro heating and cooling. They just replaced a water heater for me today. Rick was prompt and honest. He definitely puts his customers first and is genuinely concerned about his customers. The two young men that installed my water heater today Tim and I completely forget the other young man’s name, but they were amazing! It’s not often you have repairs done and they leave the area spotless and everything put back in place! These guys were careful not to hit my walls or damage anything, considering that my water heater is upstairs. I mean these guys swept the floor and just handled everything so professional! I appreciate you guys so much and can’t thank you enough!

They installed a new furnace. They were on time, and got the job done in just a few hours. Their quote was the best, and when I called them to accept they had me on the schedule for the next day! Both the sales rep and service technician were very professional and polite (and the sales rep didn’t try to “hard sell” me, which I greatly appreciated). I will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs.
