my wife and I planned on installing a home theater into our home. The Source was the first company we spoke with and I have to salute the customer service and sincere honesty and assistance from Todd and Erik. Even though we did not end up buying a system. They were both very helpful and cared more about our budget and our satisfaction then us becoming a customer of theres. We mentioned we were on a specific budget and they advised us on what was best for us! Excellent company! Hope to purchase a home theater from them soon!
The team from The Source Home Theater have been nothing short of amazing. Every person I've dealt with has been professional, kind, and responsive. They have helped relieve my concerns about putting control of my home in the hands of technology. Todd, Jason, and Jaclyn are fantastic and are like family! Of course technology has moments where it doesn't behave, but they are immediately on top of resolving whatever the situation is. I tell all of our friends that regardless of the project size or budget, The Source Home Theater is the one integrator they need to call!
Source home theater is a company that is high-end, detail oriented with excellent customer service. What impressed me the most is that they did not try to oversell me or convince me that I needed something that I was not interested in.
