There is nothing better than meeting REAL people who both know and care about what they do. I purchased equipment from the box store for a home set up but the knowledge and installation support are as or more important than the equipment itself and Epic Tech was great. Equipment you’re going to utilize every day deserves to be installed with professionalism. At time of install I lacked the all important subwoofer yet Epic had an Episode D series that all I can say is woooow !!! Joe and the team in Randolph.... highly recommend and I also recommend the episode sub as when you add a quality sub will be happy you did ... Update: I’ve upgraded the rating 4.5 to 5 stars as Epic contacted me directly with follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. With amazing customer service and post sale follow up ... 5 STARS is deserved.
