Not only is he experienced and knowledgeable, he is an absolute professional. He is a creative thinker and a problem solver. He and his team, including Andre, are smart, efficient, timely, polite, responsive, neat, and tidy! Ultra Audio/Video services all of Long Island, NYC, Queens, Brooklyn, and likely even farther distances.

I’m not sure I can recommend Ricky and his team enough. We recently moved to this neighborhood and have done a lot of small (and a few bigger) projects with many different companies. Ricky and his team were easily the most professional, helpful, and dependable folks we worked with. They installed a projector and recessed screen, many in-wall speakers, some automated shades, and a full home theater set-up and I expect we’ll work with them to do more as soon as we can! Everything they installed works excellently, their recommendations have all been proved best, and we could not be happier with our set-up. Highly, highly recommend!

Called Ultra A/V on a Tuesday. Quickly got an appointment for Friday. They showed up ahead of schedule. Got right to work. Installed two Sonos sound bars in a flash. In addition to the top level of service, the guys were super helpful, answered all questions. Two really nice guys. I highly recommend Ultra A/V.
