I highly recommend IDS. I started using them 4 years ago as a first time home owner for a home alarm system that was previously installed. Any time I have to call, Jean the office manager is always very helpful and responsive. Their technician, Lou, is a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and the most prompt service professional I’ve worked with. I’ve had a few service calls, updates, and a system upgrade. All were very pleasant experiences. When discussing the upgrade, I never felt taken advantage of and Lou walked me through my options and even distinguished between what would be required and what was optional and advised on recommendations rather than upselling me without providing all the facts. I will continue using IDS for any home I own and recommend them to anyone in need of an alarm system provider.

Had IDS come install a 77" TV, soundbar, and rear speakers, including all the wiring that had to be run under the floor and through the wall and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Scott and the team not only recommended the right products, they gave me better pricing than anywhere else I checked for the labor. The quality of the work was top-tier, super clean, and they took the time to get everything dialed in perfectly. The entire install took about 4.5 hours and they treated the space like it was their own home. Couldn’t be happier with the setup. Highly recommend IDS for any home theater or AV project.

I have used IDS for over 30 years. They are so easy to deal with from making appointments to upgrades, everyone is professional and pleasant. Our system has been upgraded over the years to newer technology, always with safety in mind but with keeping costs low as well. Louis has serviced the system many times and is a pleasure.
