Very pleased with the service I had done. I had them install security cameras at my store locations. Josh handled the booking and was quick to respond to us. Alex was the technician who did the work for us and he was outstanding. He answered every question we had and gave us a great tutorial on how to use the app. He was very friendly and a great representative for your company. Outstanding experience from Start to Finish! I worked with Josh to share my initial thoughts and he came up with several recommendations that met my needs and matched the Big Box Stores prices. I choose to work with a Local company because of several recommendations from friends regarding their expertise in service and set up. Great local AV shop. In my process of upgrading my set-up to Dolby Atmos, I decided to give Meineke AV a call. Very glad that I did. Josh worked with me to reco new gear that works with my existing equipment. The three installers (Ian, Spencer and Matthew) were very skilled, professional and friendly. The room turned out great. Highly recommended.

Cinema Sounds exemplifies what a true customer service based organization should and needs to look like. Both Tom and Matt have spent more time at my home installing, replacing, and educating me more than some family members have spent at my new home in the last 1.5 years. Cinema Sounds added unbelievable sound to my home, deck and driveway areas. This past month, I had both back to install a theater unit for a new basement finish we just completed. Tom and Matt again took time out of their own evenings with their families to walk me through the system and answer questions. I would highly recommend Cinema Sounds not only for their customer service, but their expertise on brands, functionality and installation.

My son and I attempted to install a subwoofer in his car but could not complete the job. The guys at Cincinnati Home Theater and Car Audio fixed our mistakes and completed the install while we waited! While there, we upgraded the sub driver to an Alpine 12 inch sub. It really kicks! These guys are great! I highly recommend and will be back with my daughter's car soon! Highly recommended!

Paid 1200 to have my own amps and speakers installed to replace factory speakers. They told me it would take 1 day. I took it Monday when they opened and they ended up keeping it all week. I came to get Friday and passenger speaker wasn't working. Waited another hour and had to take a is. Figured out of that they didn't install the speakers as requested, but rather left the factory speakers in. Something is still not right with how it's hooked up. The shop is very messy and unprofessional. Do not at all recommend this place. It's a money grab for them.

If you want top notch products such as Control 4 to convert your old home into a smart home these are your guys. They provided an excellent system cheaper than anyone else and did phenomenal work. Very respectful of our home and very professional. Will be doing business with them again for more smart upgrades.
