Infinity Home Solutions were very professional and timely in providing planning, alternatives, and costs for replacing our current FLIR Security Camera System. Sean, was our primary contact for this project and onsite twice as we pursued continued discussions before selecting one of the alternative solutions. Once an alternative was selected, Sean was onsite with the technical team and responded to a few minor changes that resulted in a successful installation. In conclusion we are very satisfied with the project and recommend them for consideration regarding these types of services. We continue to be very glad we replaced our former system. It has exceeded our expectations.
I have used Infinity Home Solutions for a couple of projects now and would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their house’s technology. Jay and Shawn are very good at matching what you envision for your home (e.g. installing a surround sound system, upgrading your internet, creating a smart home, etc.) with your budget without compromising performance. Their products compete with anyone and their service and employees are top notch!
Everything from quote generation, communication during and after our working together, and the installation of our systems was top notch. Shawn and Brandon were beyond nice, professional, and offered a high level of customer service. They went above and beyond explaining and educating my husband and myself on the systems we purchased. Cannot recommend this company enough to anyone wanting to have security or audio/visual systems installed in their home.
