Everything about my experience with Newave was great. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. More importantly, they listened to our needs and never tried to oversell us. They were able to accomplish everything we want plus a few things more. There are other Control4 dealers locally (and competing products), so to separate yourself from the competition you have to do more than just be the low cost option. Newave won our business through their honesty, service, and thirdly was price.

We needed to upgrade the system in our home and contacted Chris with Integrated. He assured us they could help and we scheduled a time for him to come assess our needs. He was prompt, courteous and efficient and had an estimate for us that day. We scheduled the install for a few days later when the equipment came in. Connor and Gavin were the installers and again arrived promptly. They were very efficient and conscientious and spent time with us to be sure we knew how to operate the new equipment. We had an issue due to an Apple TV update right after the install but they came out when I reported the problem and once again got us up and running. We were very satisfied with everything and confident they will stand behind the work they did.

Integrated AV is the best in the business. I’ve used them at two houses including a new build. My AV system is nothing short of amazing. Everything is integrated in to control 4, making it seamless. My golf room is all touch screen/automated. Outdoor speakers around the pool are killer. Just can’t recommend them highly enough!

Harrison and the crew at Integrated AV were very responsive to my home audio problems and presented me with 3 options to solve them. They quickly installed and programmed the new components. I am certainly using them in the future

I'm a particular and demanding customer and I can't imagine better work at such a fair and reasonable cost. I've been so impressed I can't ever imagine using anyone else. I have worked with David and his team on a high end theater room with top of the line systems, custom cabinets and automatic blackout shades. They have installed a multitude of security cameras and a commercial grade WiFi network with multiple access points. A Samsung frame TV and surround sound system in my master bedroom and a huge surround sound system in my livingroom. Everything looks perfect all harmonized with single remotes and the installation process was quite and clean. Don't make the mistake of using anyone else for any size project. We are doing the backyard with outdoor tv and complete entertainment sysysy next including undegunderg subwoofers... Can't wait!

Had used them before. Came out and installed Apple TV device and new DVD. Left without trying to reboot any devices and ended up stretching my HDMI cords until they broke. Didn't leave DVD remote. Told me they were late because they had to run and fit in a larger client in my time slot so were 2 hours late. Tried to be patient and was willing to wait until next Monday to resolve (a week after install). They're saying now they might try and "fit me in" but they’re booked out. And they were paid their $ upfront. Sure wish customer service levels could go back to the 70s or 80s.

David and his crew were very professional and informative throughout the entire process. Enough cannot be said about the high level of detail that was exhibited during install.
