Home Theater Installation in Eugene, OR

I was extremely impressed with the service we received. We were looking for a home theater system that was good quality but wasn't a 10k system. I was familiar with quality products, but I'm no audiophile. I really appreciated the guidance and personal touch we experienced at Bradfords. We were able to listen to a range of systems that helped narrow our decision. We then brought in our own music and we're allowed to listen for as long as needed to make the right decision. We also appreciated the time and attention that went into the install. I swear that not only out system sounds amazing, but out TV looks better after the install too. Overall, I couldn't expect a better experience.

I went to get a cartridge for a vintage Pioneer turntable. After 21 years of living in Eugene I had never been in this store. The owner Tim was so nice and took his time to explain my options. He did the work the same day and I could not be more pleased! Places like this are a gem and should be supported. I will be back the next time I am in need of service or equipment. If you value your audio and video experiences this is the place to come!

Timothy was extremely patient and stuck by my side through the repair process imposed upon us. Never for a second did he leave me with any doubt that we wouldn't reach the resolution we were after. I say we because I genuinely believe he was in the foxhole with me the entire time. Cannot recommend them enough. I've dealt with this shop for over 10 years (previous technician was Larry). Both are the epitome of class. Larry has since retired, but Timothy has picked up where he left off. Very honest, knowledgeable. Fielded several phone calls for me over a two month basis and never gave up fighting the big bad corporation. Kudos to Timothy and staff - lifelong customer, lifelong referrer.

Excellent communication and top notch service! They took care to insure everything was working properly before they left even adjusting a few of the factory settings of my 75" Samsung TV, to insure our viewing pleasure. I couldn't be happier and would recommend TV Specialty for service or for installation!

Our Sony 77 OLED TV was repaired today by Tim. This appointment went so well I feel compelled to post my appreciation. Not only was the TV expertly repaired but Tim went above the call of duty and helped wall mount and reprogram the unit. Thank you so much tv specialty shop and Tim.
