About a year ago I was in the market to upgrade my home theater and wanted a professional opinion. This began my search for a local business other then your chains like Best Buy because I wanted someone that genuinely knew what they are talking about. I finally stumbling upon AIP renovations and home theater design and decided to give them a call. Bob the owner is who I talked to and I was really impressed with his knowledge and what he had to offer. After talking with Bob you can easily tell that this isn’t just his profession but it’s his passion. He’s very honest and will give you the best system for your money. I bought revel speakers, JBL synthesis amp, audio quest cables and more off of him and could not be happier with my decision. If you want someone that’s an expert on all things home theater then Bobs your guy. I will be doing business with him again in the near future.
We hired Bob to do a full basement remodel staring in the Fall of 2023. From our first impressions of Bob we could tell we picked the right guy for the job. He was responsive to texts and emails, showed up when he said he would, provided input and expertise on things we had in mind, and also wasn't afraid to tell us things that may not work. Dealing with contractors in the past they seem to tell you exactly what you want to hear to get the job, or make promises that you know will cost you in the long run. Bob was anything but that. His quotes on the basement were detailed, thorough, and his input was extremely helpful. Anything you would want done to your basement, he can do. We have several small children and when hiring someone, you are inviting them into your home for several weeks, opening up your home to them, and trusting them. Bob was great with our children, and we never felt any sense of uneasiness with leaving him or his co-workers at our house unattended. They always were asking if "Mr. Bob" was downstairs working!! I feel as if they didn't want him to leave when he was done. Now to his work!! His attention to detail is extraordinary, and when he is done with the project he leaves it just as he would his own home. Touch-ups, cleaning up, adding lighting, fixing anything that he doesn't feel looks right, and again providing suggestions on things that he knows will work better. We added some additional things after the original quote and Bob was understanding and willing to adjust his work and provide us with what we wanted, and to make it look perfect!! We couldn't be more happy with the finished project, and could not be more happy with our decision to hire Bob and AIP. Bob and his co-workers are friendly, considerate, professional, and I would highly recommend them for any job you need done!!!!! Thank You Bob, from the O'Brien Family.
