He took the time to walk me through several excellent options and explain everything in detail, especially when it came to improving the bass in my home theater system. Greg also introduced me to a new brand of headphones, the Cambridge Audio P100, which I’m really looking forward to purchasing in the near future. Excellent and Pleasant Experience with doing business with Northern Audio! I had ordered a set of the Revival Audio Atalante 7's, which are absolutely amazing speakers, have been even more impressed with these Speakers than I initially expected! Greg Keller knows his stuff and is on top of a lot of things and is very good with all forms of communication throughout the order process, and also is right on it with resolving any problems. The packaging on my pallet was done with Excellent care and the journey to my destination had made very few hub transfer stops, which was much appreciated since the Boxes came fully intact and exactly as they appeared when packaged up at their dispatch facility. Highly recommended to do business here, they've also been in business for a good amount of time with an intriguing company history!

excellent service provided by both Dan and his assistant, Allen. Dan came to my house the next day after I requested a consultation and advice for replacing my old plasma tv with a new 4k ultra. He spent all the time I needed in explaining the various options I had based on my personal preference including sound quality. Several days later he sent me hisrecommendations for the tv, blue ray and fabulous sound bar..About a week later both Dan and Allen brought all the needed merchandise to my home, enlarged the opening for a larger screen size tv as well as adjusting the opening size for the new sonos sounbar, connecting all the components, adjustingthe various settings, and waiting until the comcast technician came with the new x1 cable box. Allen was extremely helpful in working with the technician in ensuring that all components were working properly and instructing me on how to use the new remotes. Again fabulous service from start to finish.

Great service for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone who is technologically impaired or just to busy to wire your own house.
