Amazing job, fast, friendly, efficient and affordable! Jerry and his team (Eric and Rob) were wonderful to work with. They installed our whole house audio system with connectivity to our TV and portable devices in our home which was newly constructed. It was no problem using existing audio equipment that we brought with us and it sounds amazing and is easy to use! They had to diagnose and correct several wiring problems left by our builder and their electricians which they did quickly and at no extra cost. Schedule and initial consultation with these guys before you buy or install anything electronic. We would highly recommend Daniel Island Audio/Video to everyone. Gary

Jerry is one of the nicest and most accommodating system analysts you could ask for! He came to our home to install Sonos sound system in our existing outdoor and bar speakers. They sound absolutely amazing and even cleaned out the gazillion existing wires in our sound system cabinet. He worked on our time line as we were having a party at our home and even came back twice to ensure the system was functioning properly! He also combined components in our media room and found an old “all in one remote” we can easily turn each component on by a tap. He is amazing to work with and would highly recommend for any home audio system setup!

if you look up their positive reviews most only have one review Daniel Island Audio. I typically do not post bad reviews. The response from Jerry's wife shows the companies lack of knowledge in audio visual. She said the Sony Bravada x950 is their top of the line when in fact the Z series is sony' s best. I asked if the TV was a 950 and Jerry said yes. The written quote named a Yamaha receiver and they installed an onkyo. when I call to complain about the surround sound not working, Jerry informed me that I did not know how surround sound worked. He knew it worked correctly and that I was just watching the news. I had to slow him down twice and tell him I was watching a movie on HBO After posting the review below Jerry (owner) called to blow me out about the one star before he had read the review. Said my job was to small and should not have taken it to begin with. fyi said his avg job is $80,000. He said he was hanging up to call person who referred him and was going to threaten him withholding future business. offered $68.00 refund because i found the tv for less money at Best Buy. We did a complete home renovation and Daniel Island Audio was recommended to us. Initial contact with Jerry (owner) was great. I gave him the budget and he said he could do the job. They showed up right away to do the pre-wiring and everything went smooth. The problems began when it came time to install the television and receiver. In the initial contact Jerry said he could purchase equipment cheaper than I could, which turned out not to be any meaningful savings. I had to go over the budget several more times with him because he was now coming in 50% over the budget. After cutting a number of pieces of equipment we were back on budget. The installation is why I would never use them again. First on the day of the installation they called 3 times to delay the appointment. Each call came in after the time of the appointment time and since we had not moved in I made 3 trips to the house. The next day the installers arrived and hooked up the receiver and television. 4 hours later he had to call another person to come and program the remote. The second person was not sure how the first person set up the receiver so the second person called the first person to come back. After 6 hours the second person was ready to set up the universal remote and that is when I discovered if I changed anything I would have to call a tech back to reprogram. I told them to forget the remote. They did take the remote off the bill and they left without much training (here is the on switch and push this to change the channels. Two days later I discovered the surround sound was not working properly so I downloaded the owners manual and found they had wired the speakers in the wrong place on the receiver. They offered to come and rewire the receiver, I declined to have the guys who wired it wrong the first time come back and did it myself. The reason for the horrible review is that I paid a premium for expert service the equipment installed was different from the quote and the service was awful.
