Home Theater Installation in Amarillo, TX

I had a home theater system installed, it never worked correctly, the DVD system did not work, so I was told because I did not have a 4-K DVD player, so I was told when you buy one call and it would be added to the remote. I called to get an appointment and was told he’d be available in a few days due to being backed up with his trash service, then after a few days I called back to try for another day and he stated he was sick it would be a few days, so then after a few days I phoned back to get no answer, no response whatsoever, so I had my fiancée call and he answered stating oh I told her I was sick, I’ll come this week. Still NO response!!!! I understand one being sick, I understand getting behind and needing to catch up…,what I don’t understand is running a business and having bad customer service!!! I wish I could add a picture to the wiring that’s under the cabinet!!!! It’s awful!!!! I do wish he could make this right but it’s not looking good!!! I’ll be hiring someone else to clean this approximately over 3000.00 job up!!!!!! 😟

Contacted the person in charge to get home entertainment reconnected after it stopped working do to Dish changing receivers. Person in charge stated he was backed up and would come by in a week to fix it. That was six weeks ago. Now he doesn’t answer phone calls or return phone calls. I do not recommend his service or his business. The system we have was bought through this company but he can’t return any calls.

Responsive and helpful when we had a component with a manufacturers defect short out. I would recommend TKD.
