I found him after being VERY unhappy with terrible service from the blue and yellow store. I called him and he came out the next morning. He was here right on time. He wore his face mask and gloves the entire time. He was very safety conscious. He installed the new tv on the wall using the current bracket so he saved me even more money. I highly recommend Jarrod. I'd never met him before and had just the reviews to go by. I don't write a lot of reviews but when I get excellent service, I have to do one.

Incredibly positive experience with Jarrod and Gecko TV and Sound. Highly professional, utterly competent, courteous, and punctual. Jarrod installed two TVs (living room, guest room) for us in mid-December. He communicates well, educates the customer as to what they can expect, was very respectful of our home/schedule, and ensured everything worked properly before he left. I'd highly recommend Gecko TV and Sound for any home AV installation needs... you will be pleased!
