He was so patient with our questions and stayed with us until we made a decision. Continuing after the sale, delivery and installation went off without a hitch. By the way, the two installation professionals were extremely helpful at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. Explaining how the remote works with our sound system was above and beyond. For our new home, which includes a "theater" room we purchased a Samsung 75" and for our new living room a 65" model. We found that with The Big Screen Store, we got the benefits of great pricing and exceptional customer service. In the store we were guided without any pressure by several helpful associates -- all well informed and seeking to genuinely direct us to the best solution. Once purchased, the TVs were delivered the next day and installed the same afternoon. I recommend them without reservation.
We called the big screen store to have a Bose system wired. They sent somebody out who was their installation person his name was Romeo. He installed the wires, they worked, but the mess he left was unacceptable as you could see in the pictures. He did not leave our walls, the way they should’ve been left and when I asked him about it, he said he never said he was a professional. We had to call another company to repair the damage that he caused which cost us $1560. We had paid The big screen store $800.00 and Romeo said that repairing the walls was not included in that price so he charged us $400.to repair the walls, which he did a terrible job. The store gave us about $400 back of our initial payment, which was not enough.
