Mitch, Brian, and the team at Sound Decision, have taken such great care of all our home theater, home automation, and dedicated listening room needs. As a professional musician, I appreciate their attention to detail and high quality standards. They are always just a phone call a way and quick to respond to any need I might have. Most recently, we did a total upgrade of the sound system in our theater room utilizing the Dolby Atmos system with Theory speakers and it sounds fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They have never let down.

Had a head-unit replaced in my truck. Was able to walk-in without an appointment, and Shane from the garage did the install. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace my old one. While I was waiting, a local radio station had a van in there that had just had a system installed in the back, and it was *flawless*, custom box, big screen, ps3, etc. Their techs know what they're doing and act professionally.

We've had great experience with Sound Decision. Every step was a pleasure, from price estimate, to installation, to payment. They use the best equipment and everything was aligned perfectly (this is especially important for an OCD like me). Price was very competitive, too.

My 10 month old Samsung TV had problems. After talking to Samsung they had Atomic TV to come and repair it. The called me and were very polite they listen to the problems I was having. Said they knew what parts needed to be ordered and called when the parts came in. They set up an appointment and we’re here even earlier than they said. The repairman (Philip) was following all the COVID guidelines. He was polite nice and very friendly. Within one hour my tv was back to its old self. I would definitely recommend this place for any TV service you need.

Great location here in Roanoke on Williamson road. I've had to have two of my televisions repaired here and feel they are up front and honest about their service and repairs and certainly a decent price to have those repairs done. Friendly service too. I dropped off the TV's for repair and they got back to me within a couple of days with estimates. If you're needing your TV repaired, I highly recommend Atomic TV.
