Prompt and professional customer service. Honest, efficient, and ethical sales transactions. Excellent product offerings. Excellent communications during order and delivery processes. What is most special about Sound Approach is the team of employees who pick up an incoming email or telephone call and will go out of their way to answer questions or resolve any issues,.. even if it’s not related to their specific job function. For example, system design and installation team picking up and chasing down a sales transaction and/or a product return authorization (RA). I highly recommend Sound Approach as one of the most professional and most supportive online businesses I’ve ever worked with.
Great friendly staff and very helpful on the phone. However they are among the worse businesses I ever dealt with when it comes to communication and following up on questions. I ordered an item and it took almost 2 1/2 weeks to process because of a wrong tracking number. After numerous emails and phone calls with broken promises to call back with information, they finally sent the new correct tracking number after I badgered them. I really hate writing negative reviews, but hopefully the nice guys at Sound Approach will read this and up their game a bit when it comes to dealing with customers.
customer service was exceptional! My delivery tracking had not been updated for some time and they explained exactly what to expect with delivery updates during a weather delay. I felt very taken care of and the product arrived in the manner they explained. Bonus points for their sense of humor.
