I recently purchased a new Grado Phono Cartridge and needed it professionally installed. I have purchased some items from Nuts about Hi-Fi in the past and have always been impressed. When I called I spoke to Matt who was very knowledgeable and said he could do the job. Matt is a real pro with deep knowledge and did an excellent job dialing in the new cartridge. He needed it a day so he could focus on the project. I picked it up the next day and am extremely happy with the result.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! The whole experience from my showroom visit all the way through the installation, follow up and install was amazing.
