I want to acknowledge Derek and Victor to be two of the most service oriented sound men I have met in a very long time. I have been looking for a simple, affordable, wireless and good sounding system for years that was easy to configure from my phone and I found it with the latest Sonos system thanks to Victor. Just installed it today and am back for more components I like it so much. In addition, Derek was able to restore my turntable to top notch operation with a little TLC and seasoned know-how after a little in store testing and maintenance. All in all I am very pleased with the friendly service and expert recommendations.

This place is top notch in every way. Wonderful, impressive, high end atmosphere. Staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. Great advice and troubleshooting skills. No aggressive sales techniques. Friendly and relaxed. Buy a couple of records or an entire sound system. I’ve even brought in an old turntable with issues that they were able help diagnose and repair. Above and beyond, yet not intimidating. Fair prices consistent with quality. I believe they buy records as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I really want to thank Victor for walking me through all available options for a turn table and speaker set. I chose the audio-technica AT-LP3 and spinbase turntable speaker system. Victor was kind enough to set up the turn table for me and assisted in some tonearm troubleshooting. Great experience, great products, great shop. I appreciated the above-and-beyond customer service.
