We bought a 2nd home last August that had a pretty complex technology solution in place but it was rather dated and in desperate need of updating. Had our system updated almost a year ago and had excellent service. We had a minor issue come up and Dan came right out, no questions asked, to help us (we caused a loose wire). Always professional and does quality work. We initially had several quotes but are beyond happy we chose Dan. We love that he treated us like a person and not just another ticket number.
