One Touch AVL offered outstanding insight and service from start to finish. I contacted them with the idea of installing a projector and automated screen in my great room, and they strategically guided me to a solution that was far better suited for the space—a framed TV sized perfectly, complete with the art feature. It’s so cool. They sourced, ordered, and installed everything, making it completely effortless on my end. I’m already planning to work with them again for a soundbar. They are true experts in audio, video, and lighting, and a total breath of fresh air compared to the typical big-box store experience. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Keith Moon of One Touch AVL has been exceptional. My husband and I purchased a condo in Asheville days before Helene hit. Efforts to get things set up in our new home was difficult due to the timing. Keith answered his phone (a big thing at the time!) and met with us to discuss our needs within a week’s time. We are not particularly “tech savvy” but Keith listened and then explained what he thought would work. It all made sense and did not give us any concern that he was overselling. He then promptly provided a reasonable proposal and has installed everything. Doing testing during setup, he could tell that the Wi-Fi would be unsatisfactory and suggested some additions to the original proposal. All since completed to our satisfaction. Keith is professional, friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. We would recommend him to anyone doing a home audio visual project, big or small.

We had a variety of needs that lingered based on the closing of our original installer. I tried a popular A/V Sound establishment. They were a no-show. One call to One Touch and it was smooth sailing. We needed TV updates, sound system component testing and a complete review of our surround sound environment. Two visits and our entire system is up and performing better than the original install. Keith and company are prompt, professional and very talented.

I am delighted with Brian and Will's expert and kind service and wish I had hired them before I wasted two months trying to get Best Buy to install a 75 inch television. Brian came out to my house for.a free estimate and and recommended I get a different TV and even found that and a better sound bar and remote controlled bracket online. He was very easy to work with before the installation. Then he and Will spent about 10 hours installing everything, longer than expected because they were so meticulous but Brian kept his price very reasonable. Then Brian followed up to make sure everything was working and offered more service if requested. Great job guys!
