I sent a message on Saturday night to ESS and Latasha in administration responded right back to me. Scheduled the appointment the next day at 2pm. Demetrius arrived to install the TV over the fireplace. I did not want any wires showing. He also installed a wall outlet above the fireplace.. He is very professional and polite. His work is top notch. D makes sure you as the customer are happy with the installation. The company pricing is more than fair. If you want a TV mounted professionally this is definitely the company to use. After D had completed the TV mount I inquired about adding outside cameras for security. He took the time to walk outside with me explaining how their cameras work and made suggestions of where they should go. I will definitely be calling ESS back to install outside cameras and replacing light fixtures and ceiling fans. You are top notch D. Thank you for doing a perfect job. I will be calling ESS back soon after I finish purchasing the ceiling fans. I will definitely be asking for D to be the one that does the installation. This company and D deserves more than 5 STARS!!!

Contacted Demetrious with ESS on 10/2/2020 asking for a quote and availability for a 55 in tv mounting with hidden wires. Demetrious was quick with responding and scheduled an appointment with me on 10/3/2020 at 10:30. Great great customer service along with product and service knowledge. After the install was completed, he made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an install. This company will also disassemble the mount and patch up the concealment if moving.
