I found GenesisTech via a simple search. Dave & Erich replied to my inquiry same day, listened to all of my needs, & came out to my home a few days later. I went over my needs, & what I’d like to achieve. They offered a range of high end solutions & we settled on a nice setup for my new home. I’m had anthem set up a detailed home networking,, as well as fix a defective home lighting system from the prior owner. They came the day f work with all the necessary equipment & spent the time necessary to do the job correctly the first time. Dave & Erich did show me some worthwhile updates to make my setup even better. So far, everything is working flawlessly. A nice perk is they offer phone service should a minor glitch arise. Most other places put you on a monthly service plan. If you need anything home entertainment, networking, or low voltage wiring, call GenesisTech. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Update: 6/30/25 - I ran in to a few issues with the installed TV. Dave & Erich took my phone call, listened to my issues, walked me through a few troubleshooting shooting steps & I believe we’ve isolated the issue (it’s Comcast - act shocked). They even spent a bit of extra time working on my issue when they came to install some new Lutron light switches. GenesisTech really does have amazing customer service, especially after the sale, which is rare in today’s marketplace. Again, these guys are great, so give them a call!

These guys are amazing. They did everything they could to help save my current equipment. I never felt like I was trying to be upsold on bigger more expensive gear. I was explained everything that was happening and what the potential problems were. They took their time trying to isolate the issues. My system is now fully functioning and is better than it was when we took over the building. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the time and effort they put into getting my sound system working. 10 out of 10.

I've worked with these guys in a number of different situations - been to a show, used them to install A/V at a church, etc. Always top notch. Know their stuff, very personable, above and beyond expectations, and just nice dudes. Will always recommend.
