He came to our house for all of our meetings so he could conceptualize every design detail. He incorporated the ideas that we wanted to include in our design while keeping our budget in mind. All of the services and equipment that we purchased from Sokol Sound LLC was fairly priced and had no hidden costs. Pete even gave us a credit when he found some of the equipment that we needed for a cheaper price. When Pete and his team installed the equipment, they made very few holes in our walls and ceilings and they patched up any holes that were made. They also stuck to the timeline that we agreed on. Pete was dedicated and conscientious during the whole process ensuring that we received our dream home entertainment system. Pete even reached out to us a few months after installation to ensure we were still happy with our home entertainment system and to make sure that we did not have any questions. Although if we did have any questions or concerns, we know that Pete is only a phone call or text message away and that he would respond very quickly. Pete ultimately designed us an extraordinary home theater system that surpassed our expectations! We highly recommend Sokol Sound LLC to anyone who is considering installing a home theater system.
