Ben came to install a Nest + Yale Lock as well as a Nest Hello. He was professional and did an amazing job. He not only installed everything efficiently but also correctly. I was worried that he was going to have difficulty changing the location of my doorbell but it was not a problem. When he was done he walked me through the Nest app and how to control my new devices. Ben did not miss a beat and reminded me that if I needed any support going forward he was just a phone call away. This was exceptional service. I highly recommend ProTech and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Ben delivered A+ smart home service. I read reviews online and called other vendors, and ultimately went with Ben based on the reviews. He did an incredible job. He worked efficiently and was at all times professional. He installed two Nest cameras, Nest doorbell, and set up our Nest Detect system. He took the time to explain how each worked, and recommended features based on our setting and circumstances. Don't waste your time with Geek Squad or other vendors, call Ben. You won't be disappointed.

I had Ben, and his tech Jared, do a full home automation overhaul of my new home, including new internet/Wi-Fi, home security/cameras, thermostats, and lighting. They did a phenomenal job at exceptionally fair prices - the usability of the home automation features is off the charts. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and customer-oriented, and was patient in explaining potential options and helping me pick the best for our home. He was also on-point with helping find and buy items for the project himself when needed. I cannot stress enough how great the experience was, and I'll be using and recommending Ben and his team for anything home-tech related in Philly in the future.

This is the BEST service that we have ever used in all home repairs & installations! The owner responded quickly to our request to hang our TV. They were prompt, professional and extremely competent in handling a very complex installation. The owner came prepared with extra equipment to deal with the possibility that we did not have all that he would need to get the job accomplished!! He was extremely respectful and professional. He greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. He kept a conversation while doing the installation and even cracked a few jokes to make us laugh. 😀 When the job was completed, he gladly help me move my furniture back in place and cleaned up his mess. My experience with Daniel from Tech wiz was nothing short of awesome. He was very prompt in responding to my messages as well as answering any questions I had in reference to installation.. He mounted one tv and added additional sockets for 2 TV’s mounted previously by another company that could not conceal the cords.. He is very affordable… Do not hesitate to book…

I have a 20 year old Audio Video system with 3 TVs, a projector, 3 surround sound systems totaling 27 speakers which requires two racks of audio/video equipment. We hired ELITE to upgrade two old tvs replacing them with a 77” & 48” OLEDs along with the necessary equipment to bring them into the 21st century. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am upgrading the rest of my tv’s and equipment and will use them to do so. Needless to say, I would recommend them to anyone. I chose them over some other companies which are considered the gold standard in this area and they didn’t disappoint.
