I’m not one to post many reviews but this one is needed. I had been looking for somebody to install our tv mount on our rock wall fireplace for such a long time when I came upon EP Home Entertainment, I decided to give them a shot and it was the best decision ever, from first calling Stephanie who has the best customer service and is so nice, she was quick to give me a call back when she couldn’t get to the phone in time and get me set up for Adrian to come out and install our tv. Adrian was fast, efficient, careful, explained everything thoroughly and got our TV set up for us. They both went above and beyond for us and I will be recommending EP Home Entertainment to everyone because of their service and price.

I had two TVs (45inch & 65inch) & sound bar mounted. One in my living room & one in my bedroom. I LOVE IT! Adrian did a great job & was extremely helpful. Stephanie was so pleasant & progressional when I called to inquire information & pricing. They make a good team and I would recommend their services. Good quality & fair price.

I contacted them and within 10 minutes they responded back. I had a tough request for them on a late Friday afternoon requesting a last minute install of my new 77 inch TV. They at first told me tomorrow, then they said they can juggle around a couole things and come over about 6:30. We agreed on what I thought was a very fair price. They came over and had it installed within 45 minutes. They were very professional and polite. I will hire them again when I get another TV for a bedroom. I highly recommend them, you will not be sorry.

David was on time and very personable. The TV install looks beautiful and it’s clear this is professional work! He also installed my ceiling speakers inside and outside. He came well prepared, installed with great attention to detail, cleaned up after himself and made sure everything worked perfectly. You definitely get what you pay for. This business is Amazing ! Responded to my messages very efficiently, I was able to coordinate an appointment within 1 business day. During the installation process he explained everything, had all the additional equipment and tools needed for the Job! He was able to hide the wires on my mounted tv! Overall Great service!
