We contracted with Creative Tech a few years ago to create a new TV, stereo system in our home. They replaced our outdated equipment and linked the operation to one remote for the living room system and one for the bedroom system. It's a simple system that controls the cable network, the BluRay player and the Apple TV with the easy click of one button. Any new system will have a few glitches, but there were very few. The real test was how long it would take to get the issues resolved. Sean always responded to my texts immediately. These issues were solved directly from his iPad, which is linked to our TV system. Simple, fast, and no appointment necessary. Many companies can install high tech TV/Stereo systems, but very few offer the high quality, quick, customer service that Sean and Creative Tech provide. We highly recommend them!
We’ve worked with Sean for more than 25 years. Yes, even before Creative Stereo HD, the sister company of Creative Tech, was formed. Throughout this time we’ve had nothing but the best of experience with Sean and his "tech guys’. They did many projects for us—ranging from new wiring in the attic, purchasing and installing new systems, new "gizmo’s" and support , to simply purchasing and installing a new TV set. No job too big nor too small. Response was, and continues to be, prompt and competent. I add my voice to an earlier reviewer who said "worth every penny."
