AV Smart Solutions designed and installed an updated Entertainment, WiFi/Internet/mesh network, and Surveillance system for my house. The systems that were in the house when I moved in a year or so ago were from 1999 and many existing components didn't work. Aaron worked with me to do a needs assessment, identified the existing equipment that could be re-used, and the new equipment we would need to provide camera-based security for the exterior of our house as well as the appropriate monitoring and recording systems needed. We also worked together to design a state-of-the-art home theater system with projector, large screen and surround sound. We re-vamped the existing “throughout the house” sound system with updated equipment. We added a more robust mesh system to extend our WiFi coverage throughout the house, so wireless devices would work everywhere. Finally, we moved all of the services (Music, Theater, Surveillance) onto a platform accessible from our cell phones that we can use to operate, monitor, and get alerts. Aaron provided a detailed contract that identified each individual component and pricing, hours needed to install & do wiring and the pricing, and the training/support time necessary and cost. This process with Aaron was completely transparent, so I understood the costs of each feature going in. When it came time to install the equipment, run new wiring etc. Randy, Chad, and Chris were very knowledgeable, careful with, and respectful of our property, professional, friendly, and tidy too. After the equipment was all installed and everything hooked up, Chad trained us on how to use it all and make the most of it. The AV solutions team also worked with us on a few follow-up issues as they've occurred, answered any questions we’ve had as we’ve used the systems, and offer ongoing remote and on-site support. Overall, they’ve been a great team to work with and I’m grateful for their work & support.

I had an outstanding experience with AV Smart Solutions. Randy spent two days on-site installing an outdoor audio system that exceeded every expectation. He not only installed four speakers and a subwoofer seamlessly into my backyard, but also went above and beyond—removing old wiring and even returning with a cover plate the next day to ensure everything looked perfect. The system integrates beautifully with my whole-house audio, and the sound is incredible—crystal clear, powerful, and yet so well blended into the landscape that you wouldn’t even know the speakers are there until the music starts. I am not technically inclined and therefore have been very frustrated with tv's that continued to buffer and a sound system that would not play music. After reviewing the companies that do audio/visual work, I chose AV Smart Solutions both for their online ratings and because they're local. My call to them was returned promptly and an appointment with Aaron scheduled for that week to do an evaluation. Aaron provided me with a two step proposal - first they would identify and fix the issues we are having and second, they would provide any recommendations they might have to enhance our experience with any of our devices which connect to wifi. Today their technician, Randy, arrived and within a short amount of time had discovered both the problems and their solutions. I had not expected that and am very, very, happy today that the frustrations of months are now resolved. With that done, we will turn our attention to ways we can protect the stability of the system going forward and get the maximum enjoyment from our investment.
