Found NW Digital Media through a Google search. Filled out the form online and submitted it. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them wanting to discuss my project. Bill, the owner,, scheduled an appointment to actually see my system in order to give me a qualified bid. Bill arrived exactly on time and discussed my project very candidly. He made suggestions to upgrade my equipment and directed me to the best components. He made clear that they don’t make money on the equipment, but only the labor. Bill worked very well with us to have us provide anything we wanted, but encouraged us to select quality units rather than just size. It took one more appointment to install all the new equipment, which he and his assistant did very efficiently. Running wires through walls and cleaning up a conglomeration of over 25 years (including several upgrades by different audio specialists) was done with ease and the utmost professionalism. They trained us on how to operate the new system and stuck around until we had no more questions. It completely revolutionized our home’s AV system, and it has never been better! However, once they completed the work on the system and left, I proceeded To give my wife a demo on our new system. For some reason, it did not work! I frantically texted Bill who called me immediately. He asked me several questions and found that our Internet service was not working properly. He walked us through enough so we could watch TV that night. Although he was tied up with appointments the following day, Bill committed to coming back the next morning to repair our system. They ended up installing two new modems and thoroughly testing the system. We have had absolutely no more problems with the system, TV, and sound throughout our home. It’s finally everything we wanted from the beginning for over 25 years. Bill and NW Digital Media are the first ones to ever make it happen. I would recommend them to anyone!

AMAZING!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a company that is passionate and excited about what they do. I called Bill with some questions about a TV install. He was eager to help, had some creative solutions for wiring, mounting, and sound. He made excellent recommendations. I could not be happier. The install was very smooth, Bill took ample time to explain the system to us. I’m not the most tech savvy person and he was able to break it down in a way I could understand. Great company, we will be lifetime customers for our home entertainment needs.

No job is too small and they are so patient to answer all my questions and go through how to use my installed systems. Their follow through and follow up really makes them the best .
