I had an exceptional experience with Audiolab. I was specifically looking for Revel in-ceiling speakers, and George went above and beyond to help me. When there was a delay with my original order and a complication with UPS, George stepped in personally to resolve the issue and even upgraded my order to ensure I had the best possible setup for my project. His communication was proactive, professional, and honest; qualities that are hard to find in the audio industry today. If you are looking for high-end gear and want to be treated like a valued customer rather than just another transaction, I highly recommend Audiolab. I’m thrilled with my new Revel C383s and will definitely be back for future upgrades!
Took a while before Rogue Audio delivered the ordered DragoN Monoblocks, but once in your shop, pickup was easy, as was the installation at home. Although Rogue's layout for the back panel was poor, since the IEC plug and speaker terminals were in a vertical line, forcing the speaker cables to come from the top, not my preferred bottom. Sound is quite good, especially on my several recordings of The Four Seasons. And will improve with burn in. (Have mentioned this back panel "design flaw" to Rogue). Thank you for offering to send my inoperative Rogue 100 dark for repair. Since the bias blowout was my fault, I will pay repair expenses. Any future system updates will not be soon. Once the new amp is broken in, I may do some tube rolling to hear the effect of Gold Lion 12AU7s replacing the supplied tubes. Supposed to be "warmer".
