It’s been two months since Jon set up my stereo system and I enjoy it more everyday!! The speakers and turntable are breaking in very nicely and have created a warm feeling every time I listen. My install was very small compared to the large systems that Ultra does but Jon treated me like I was spending a great deal more. I really appreciated that Jon worked within my budget and provided me the best options available and took the time to listen to these options so I could make an informed decision. During the install my layout was not the easiest to work with but Jon’s attention to detail was simply amazing! Jon fine tuned the equipment and location to find the exact location for the ultimate sound. I’m still amazed every time I play a record for the first time. It’s like I’m at a concert in my own home. I highly recommend Jon and his team to give you the best sound and system that your money can buy . Thanks again for the VIP treatment !
Great shop with super friendly folks! Great selection of audio equipment in a very comfortable environment. I was having trouble setting up a new cartridge on my MoFi turntable. Both the table and the cartridge were rather challenging to get setup correctly. And so after a brief email exchange, with the owner Jon, I brought it over to have it done correctly. Best money I ever spent! Dominique went to work on it straight away and both her and Jon gave it a final listen before completion. When I stopped in to pick it up, they suggested I bring a record I know well, and so I brought my favorite jazz album in. Completely astounding how good the table sounds! They really knocked it out of the park! From the first notes of Lorraine by Ornette Coleman the hair on the back of my neck was standing up and I got a tingle down my spine. Of course the awesome Audio Research setup they had helped! However, a few songs in on my home system, and it's never sounded better! I can't thank Dominique and Jon enough for their help in getting my turntable sounding so incredibly wonderful. Music means the world to me and I'm really glad they took such great care in setting it up. I will be coming back to purchase a few upgraded components for my home audio setup and whenever I need anything audio related. I can't recommend them enough!
I recently had a vintage tube amplifier repaired by Ultra Fidelis and the experience was entirely positive from start to finish. Jon was very accommodating and expedited my repair due to my time/travel constraints. Dominique and his other staff members were also very polite and professional. On top of their high level of service, the small but gorgeous showroom is packed with beautiful pieces of audio equipment on display! Highly recommend Ultra Fidelis for anyone looking for new/used HiFi gear or equipment repairs. Thank you again, Jon!
