I would absolutely recommend Valley Home Theater to anyone looking for a Home Theater or Home Automation but that fact I hired them a second and third time for upgrades & expansions is proof of what I think. I used Valley Home Theater for installation of my home surround sound system and home automation project in 2008. Since then I have had them back 3 times to upgrade my Control 4 system, add additional rooms to my system and upgrade to a larger TV. Yes, such a “Guy Thing” but my wife loved the upgrade as well. Glenn and his team are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and help me get exactly what I was looking each time. The instillations were on-time, done professionally and they were clean. When they left my home, other than the new system, you would not have known they were there. Dave – San Mateo

I don't really write reviews very often, but this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth, so I had to write it down. I appreciate that some business might have a lot of traffic, and be pretty busy, because they're good at what they do. However, I reached out to Valley Home Theatre and Automation to ask about a quote for a project that consisted of: • Professional projector and screen mounting/wiring. • In ceiling speakers/surround sound/light installation for projector system. • Multi-unit apartment building security system, intercom system, and camera system install. Unfortunately, before I could finish asking for the whole project, the person I was speaking to cut me off to say that the project was not something he could help with because he was too busy. Shortly afterwards, the phone cut off, although that was probably just due to my headphones dying, so I didn't finish explaining the scope of the job. Either way, left me feeling pretty crummy about reaching out to Valley Home again.

The Valley Home Theater team has done a fabulous job at our house. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. We did not have to worry about them meeting their timeline or budget. The entire home automation project works seamlessly and their Service team is always available for a quick response if something needs attention. Peter, Glen and the rest of the team are very customer oriented and are highly recommended.
