We have been using Sound Advice from our first week in Charlotte over two years ago. They have installed, upgraded, and repaired our Ubiquity home WiFi system expertly and for a very reasonable price. The mark of a good technician in this area is the attention to detail in cabling and configuration of the network and both have been immaculate. They have also installed and configured our home entertainment system, troubleshooting along the way (when I messed something up 😅).
Robert did an incredible job updating the home internet system throughout the house. When we purchased the house in 2020 it had a “cutting edge” system from 2004. Robert meticulously examined each component and wire, saved what he could and integrated the existing audio systems flawlessly into a state of the art commercial grade WiFi system that serves my wife and my work needs, the streaming needs of cord cutters and the entertainment and educational needs of three boys. He cleaned up the data and wire hub and was meticulous in his work so that someone else could work on his systems and know what to do. Very professional and reasonably priced. We enjoyed working with Robert immensely.
