I bought a large home in South Charlotte that had fragmented and complex Audio and Video systems. I was in the dark and then I found Bright. These guys know their stuff and had me up and running in a couple of days in all my rooms and outdoor. Their service and support following the installation is superior as well. They're always there for me. Working from home in a pandemic required me to have a reliable network. My house is now blanketed with bulletproof WiF throughout every corner of the house and even outside. The Bright team even set me up with a listening room where we find ourselves spending a lot of time spinning vinyl that sounds INCREDABLE. Our experience with Bright Audio Video has been the only “bright” spot in our very long and tedious new home construction project. Hans, the owner, has assembled a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Ean and Chris have done our final installation and set up and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure we have everything we want in our system and home and also ensure we understand how to operate our system. They’ve given the utmost personalized service I could have asked. When our electricians made errors in their install, Ean was quick to offer alternatives to achieve what we wanted in our switch layout. We just used BAV for a second time after moving into a new townhouse. (They did our last house as well) We had TV's and WiFi and various speakers put in and couldn't be happier with the price or the quality of the work. Hans, the owner, is brilliant and finds the best solutions for your project. Both Ean and Chris did most of the installation and they are smart and customer centric and went above and beyond to please us. I would give BAV 6 stars if I could.
