When it comes to AV for your custom home or office, Brian Hugghins (H Customs) is the best there is. If you don't use Brian, you'll be calling Brian to get him to redo what wasn't done right. Brian does everything with excellence, which is a rare quality in today's culture. If you're building a new home, one of the best decisions you'll make is to let Brian handle the pre-wiring and all AV work. With H Customs you're in good hands!
Initially I would have given this company 5 stars. Installers quality and knowledge was excellent. However, like you see from many other reviews, getting them to come back for additional work is impossible. I started back in March trying to get them out to go through my system, check things that weren’t working properly, upgrade some others and what not. I even spoke with the owner on the phone one day who assured me he would get me a bid emailed. Well, here we are almost 10 weeks later and all I can get is one excuse after another. I’m done waiting and highly advise anyone looking for a company that offers customer service after their install to stay away from H Customs as you will only be disappointed.
We couldn’t be happier with the H Customs team. They took their time & did it right. We will definitely be continuing to work with them to expand our Control 4 System for more home automation. We met with 3 other vendors prior to meeting with H Customs. Even from the 1st meeting, we knew we were in good hands.
