Jonathan, his son and Henry did an awesome job mounting our 75" Samsung The Frame above our stone fireplace, it looks great! I was a little worried having it mounted on an an uneven surface since it was designed to mount flush but they were creative and delivered. The team was a very courteous, professional, creative and customer service oriented. They were very mindful of our hardwood floors and mantle; cleaned up accordingly when done. Appreciated all the sound recommendations as well. Paid exactly what I was quoted and received excellent service! You don't find this very often these days. I would definitely recommend Audio Visual Up and plan to be a repeat customer when we're ready to install our next TV on our patio.

We haven't finished all of our projects yet as our home is new construction and hasn't been finished. But Jon and his team have been awesome so far. They're Afforadable, knowledgeable and honest. So far they have done the prewire and placed the brackets for our 4000 sqft home sound system, a home theater system, and a projector. Once we close and move in we'll be having the rest installed.

Audio Visual Up is awesome. This is my second time using them. The first time he helped get a 20 year old home audio system working. He made recommendations for modern upgrades but didn’t push them on me. Now about six months later I was ready for my upgrade and exactly what he recommended is what I went with and it works perfectly. AV up knows their stuff. Walks you through all the system and set up. They really take their time with you which I appreciate.

12/10 Recommend. Not a single penny spent is regretted. I'm not one to sing praises like this, but I have honestly never been so impressed! Andrews home theater installations are better than going to the movies. If someone walks up from behind you in scene, you can hear the footsteps getting louder behind you. If its raining in the scene, you can feel the droplets hitting your skin. Im floored. But I dont know what else I shouldve expected. Andrew was meticulous to every detail. He easily spent an 8 hour day dialing in the precision of the sound so the speakers dont clash with eachother. Ill be having him back to do my outdoor enteraintment area for sure!

Southwest Festivals installed high speed fiber network across the 25-acre festival grounds in early 2022. Visionary Smart Homes were selected to install the entire network prior to opening Scarborough Renaissance Festivals 40th season. Installation was substantially completed in less than 90 days. This company did an outstanding job with the entire installation process with completion on schedule. The level of detail provided by Visionary Smart Homes throughout the install and start up was seamless with no issues. Important to note the owner, Andrew Allen was on site with his team every day until completed. He also was on site for a couple days when system was activated ensuring everything went well. Long read but worth it - I had high expectations for my home theater and Andrew and his team BLEW my expectations out of the water. I don’t know if I can go to a movie theater again because the picture quality, sound quality and viewing experience in our home theater is seriously better than any movie theater I’ve been to and it’s not even close. I couldn’t be happier. Their work is truly custom…he sat down with me and we talked budget, wants, what’s most important, must haves etc and he came up with several options. He is insanely meticulous about every single detail and I’m not sure many people on planet earth know their stuff more than Andrew does. Our family loves using our home theater and we have tons of fun watching shows and movies in it. I would 100% use them again!
