Highly recommend. I had talked to the team over the phone and email about several miscellaneous tech projects, including fixing our intermittent wi-fi. They fixed the wi-fi, integrated new sonos speakers, installed Nest thermostats, connected tvs and installed a new cable modem. Very easy to talk to and they used layman's terms in explaining what they could do and best of all, reasonably priced. They followed-up the next day and we made adjustments to our Nest. They got an email a few days later to ensure everything was working. I would strongly recommend using them and will do myself for all future projects (including TV installation).

We are very impressed with their work! Tim and Turner integrated our new remote with our Alexa. They provided us with a complete orientation of commands for all our audio/video equipment. We don't own a lot of new, fancy equipment but what we have, we are thoroughly enjoying now! They even setup commands on two lamps in our house that can be controlled from anywhere! They are patient, polite and honest, they explained everything and made sure we were happy before they left. This local, family owned company will not disappoint!

Mario not only did a great job with our tv mount/install, but he went above and beyond just installing our TV. He noticed my wife working on breaking down our son’s large bed and stopped his work on removing the tv from our old mount to help her with the bed. He lent her tools and helped her move the large pieces, all without even being asked. That was all on top the terrific install at our new house. The new mounting location required him to remove a large rebar reinforced mantle without damaging the surrounding stonework. He applied that same finesse while installing the TV mount protecting the stonework around the mount location as well. We couldn’t be happier with the installation. Mario’s expertise, craftsmanship, and character exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend him enough and look forward to calling him again for our next project!

I had old speakers and a receiver and was told that it could not be hooked up to my TV because the TV was a newer plasma. Mario did it, also installed update to my computer and got TWC to bring me the correct equipment so my internet would work; I had called TWC at least 3 times a month for the past year. He also programed my phone to access all my audio equipment. Updated my Blu-Ray players. He was quick and reliable. Service with a smile, extremely polite and professional.

These guys are great! They have helped me several times. Installing new TV’s, consolidating remotes, installing outdoor speakers, trouble-shooting my Sonos system. They typically are out at my house within a couple days after calling them. Joe does a great job educating me on how my systems work as well. I really appreciate their quick response, attention to detail and overall ease of working with them. Can’t recommend them enough!
