Quick, easy to communicate with and always does an amazing job. Oleh always takes his shoes off or brings separate inside shoes which I appreciate. He has mounted 3 TVs for us and we will be calling him once we buy another. He measures each time and has us okay the placement of the mount, and even gives recommendations.
