Michael and his team were phenomenal from initial meeting to product installation. The day I left a message for an inquiry about an outdoor speaker city he not only gave me a call within hours, he was on site to provide a quote and potential layout. He was responsive by email and text the days after about working with my budget, and never once did I feel he was trying to upsell or push for my business. On the day of installation the crew that did the install was efficient, personable, and professional. They accommodated my request for rearranging some of the layout and ensured everything was entirely to my liking before leaving. I will be going through this company for any additional entertainment needs I have in the future.
We had a Control4 system installed by another vendor from Scottsdale earlier this year and when we experienced a problem with the remote control, after repeated requests for assistance resulted in no response, we contacted Automated Environments, Inc. Their online rep quickly relayed our contact information to Jason the company owner who contacted us within less than a half hour. Within minutes he had us up and running like new. We were extremely pleased with his responsiveness and flawless customer service. We are now recommending Automated Environments to all of our neighbors who have had systems installed by the original vendor so that they too can experience what great customer service is all about.
We have had several automation systems in several homes as we move a lot. Tanner and his team have been exceptional to work with. Their quality, attention to detail and friendliness set them apart. Beyond the scope of work, which was completed in a timely fashion as expected, their communication is what I appreciated most. These systems are very complicated, however the level of responsiveness, calm and ease Tanner and his team bring to a homeowner and the entire family is really comforting. They really do such great work and honestly, choose to go the extra mile and add in a couple of little personalized surprises!
