Oasis is a great company and the Oasis team is fantastic. The team is highly skilled, very responsive, thoroughly professional and brings a great of specialized expertise when needed. On the sales side, Ben greatly helped me with purchase decisions and installation of a high-end home entertainment system. On the support side, James and Nick have been invaluable in keeping the system running beautifully and have provided tremendous expertise across-the-board and in particular with a complex Kaleidescape system. Of late, Nick has been particularly helpful in solving some knotty problems with a high level of skill and expertise. Kyra coordinates all of this and is very competent and personable. I would recommend them to anyone who plans to set up a home system of any kind. Thanks!
Our experience with Desert Valley Audio/Video was exceptional. The staff, James, System Designer, Jonathan, Installation Project Manager and Vance Audio Manager were extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional. Our video/audio system never looked or sounded so good. We highly recommend them for system design and installation. 5/1/25 I called Oasis Luxury today with a problem with my system. James walked me through some updates which fixed my problem. This is a top notch company. My husband and I continue to recommend them for all video and audio needs.
